Our client, a well respected Law Firm, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their team.

Job Title: Business Development Specialist - LEGAL

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: $90k-$110k (based on relative experience)

Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

What’s the Job?

Description:

Seeking a Business Development Specialist to oversee firm-wide BD initiatives and supervise the marketing assistant. This role involves building relationships with attorneys and managers, offering "face time" opportunities, and driving key projects forward.

What’s Needed?

  • 3-5 years of law firm or professional services BD experience.

  • Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude.

  • Highly organized and resourceful with strong writing skills.

  • Capable of taking ownership of projects and delivering results.

  • Ability to think critically and analytically, creative problem-solving skills, and exhibit sound judgment.

  • CRM experience required (ContactEase experience is a plus)
