Job Description: Are you a results-driven sales executive with a passion for ServiceNow solutions? Do you thrive in a quota-carrying role where your performance directly impacts business growth? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team at PruTech Solutions as a Business Development Sales Executive to expand our ServiceNow practice. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Sales Leadership: Be the driving force behind ServiceNow sales, responsible for achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual quotas. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture ServiceNow market opportunities. Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key ServiceNow customers and prospects in the financial services industry. Identify client needs, understand their business challenges, and propose tailored ServiceNow solutions to address those challenges. Sales Growth and Client Acquisition: Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing ServiceNow opportunities with both existing and new clients in the financial sector. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will have the ability to "hunt" and generate a client base. Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships and alliances with ServiceNow and other ecosystem partners to enhance our service offerings, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth in the financial services industry. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, ServiceNow services, and competitive offerings within the financial services sector. Use this knowledge to guide our ServiceNow practice's direction and keep our solutions competitive. Solution Creation: Work closely with our technical experts and solutions architects to create customized solutions that meet unique client needs in the financial services industry. These solutions won't be available off-the-shelf, and your ability to craft innovative, tailored solutions will be crucial. Qualifications: Proven track record of at least 10 years in B2B technology sales, with a quota-carrying role and a preference for 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow-related solutions within the financial services industry. Extensive experience and network within the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of industry challenges, trends, and client needs. Experience in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow services and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding quotas. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in the office or at a client location 3 days a week and travel as needed.
