Job Duties- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business objectives, goals, and requirements.- Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather necessary information.- Analyze and documenting business processes, systems, and user needs.- Break down high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.- Prioritize and validate requirements to align them with business goals.- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on existing systems and processes.- Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Create models, such as workflow diagrams, data models, and mockups, to illustrate proposed solutions.- Work with designers and developers to ensure the design meets business requirements.- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test cases and ensure that solutions meet specified requirements.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.- Provide recommendations for optimizing business processes and systems.- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business.Other Special Skills or Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Business Analytics ;- 2 years of Business Analytics;- Blockchain, Tableau Desktop, Oracle cloud;- Project Management skills- Business communication skills;- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
