"Our client, a well-known and highly regarded consumer goods company, is currently seeking a long term freelance Brand Design Manager + Strategist with strong branding design in the CPG space.This opportunity is 40 hours per week hybrid onsite/remote in NJ, with specific schedules still being worked out, but it can be 0-3x a week based on workshops etc. Please note there is a free shuttle from downtown NYC to the NJ Office.This starts ASAP after interview process and will be ongoing through 2024 with potential to extend based on performance and business need.MUST HAVES:-7+ years of experience leading brand design for a CPG company-Proficient in Outlook, Adobe Creative suite, Figma and MuralWHAT YOU'LL DO:- Lead and guide designers to develop branded content across print and digital touchpoints-Oversee agency executions and provide clear feedback and guidance-Collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure business and design priorities are aligned-Identify and assigned resources to resources to new project requests-Manage, track and optimize team resources and project timelines-Review and QC all brand designs to ensure that they are within guidelines-Additional duties as assignedReply with your resume, portfolio/samples and top 3 reason you're a good match for this role. #ind123Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
