Principal Product Designer - ONSITE in NYC 5 days a weekPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Designer with B2B experience to lead the design efforts for our innovative product solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating user-centered designs for complex systems, with a focus on B2B applications. You will play a crucial role in shaping our product vision and ensuring that we deliver exceptional user experiences through effective design strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design process for complex systems and dashboardsConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve user experienceCreate high fidelity design mockups and prototypes using FigmaCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmap and design objectivesMentor and guide junior designers in best practices and design methodologiesEnsure consistency and attention to detail in all design deliverablesCommunicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team membersQualificationsProven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant workExpertise in designing dashboards and complex systemsStrong skills in user research and usability testingProficiency in creating high fidelity design mockups and prototypesExtensive experience with Figma and other design toolsAbility to develop and articulate product roadmaps and design strategiesExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsExperience in B2B product design; ECommerce and Financial experience is a plusIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
