As Haleon continues transform its business to meet their ambitious growth plans, Publicis is excited to be reorganizing the constituent parts servicing the Haleon US business. We will bring together, and integrate, teams across multiple entities, including Media, Production, Creative, Commerce and Data/CRM to create Publicis LeOne, a true Power of One solution.

The growth, transformation and integration inherent in this process will require significant oversight and change management to deliver the solution successfully.

There will be two aspects to this role:

1) Strategy Operations

2) Transformation & Integration

Job Description

As Strategy Operations & Transformation Associate Director you will:

Strategy Operations

  • Manage an offshore strategy operations team of 4 (Supervisor, 2x Snr Planners, 1x Planner) to create, update and actualize all media plans for Haleon within Lumina

  • Lead and deliver critical client-reports, such as the monthly rollup, as well as supplementary reports, including TV Investment and Underspend/Savings

  • Proactively look for ways to drive further efficiencies through better processes, including automation/AI

Transformation & Integration

  • Support the Transformation Lead in driving efforts across cross-disciplinary/intra-Groupe agencies to successfully deliver the Publicis LeOne solution

  • Support the Transformation Lead in creating change management programs, including scope, roadmaps, timelines and KPIs

  • Define and adjust processes to meet project/business needs and proactively look for ways to improve integration and collaboration between constituent parts of Publicis LeOne

Day-to-day, your role will include:

Strategy Operations

  • Lead, manage and inspire the off-shore strategy operations team to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely work

  • Prepare the monthly rollup to share with senior clients and internal stakeholders

  • Become the Lumina SME and lead conversations with clients and internal (local and global) stakeholders

  • Create, manage and implement flowchart actualization processes

  • Create, manage and implement monthly TV investment reporting (goals, savings, options) and underspend/savings reports

Transformation & Integration

  • Bring together key senior stakeholders and drive integration by supporting and facilitating the creation and documentation of new/improved best-practice WoW, processes, scope, SLAs

  • Proactively facilitate, track and monitor critical transformation programs, activities, roadmaps and scope

  • Schedule, lead, and document outcomes/actions from cross-disciplinary/intra-Groupe sessions

  • Problem-solve program and project issues as they arise, assisting teams in resolution and successfully leading integrated teams to develop risk mitigation plans

  • Ensure key senior stakeholders are kept appraised of the status of key programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in media operations or related roles within an advertising agency or media buying environment

  • Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to motivate and manage teams

  • In-depth knowledge of media buying processes and industry trends

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior clients

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to media operations (eg: Lumina, MediaTools, etc)

Compensation Range: $91,000 - $125,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
