We work with business leadership to assess the business and technology potential of emerging, innovative products, help define forward-looking digital strategies, and lead a range of implementation methods (i.e. build, buy, partner, etc.) to accelerate modernization and unlock new commercial opportunities using a client centric approach.

Job Description
We focus on discovering, shaping, and executing on growth opportunities by: (1) Scanning the internal and external landscape for new/emerging trends, technologies, and companies, and engaging directly with the ecosystem, (2) Generating and shaping ideas into solid business use cases, (3) Validating the problems we are solving, (4) Developing pitches, (5) Managing stakeholders and the health of our idea pipeline and growth portfolios, and (6) Championing a culture of innovation across the Corporate & Investment Bank.
As a Digital Product Innovation Strategist you will push the boundaries of what is possible and innovate quickly in a rapidly evolving field. We are looking for someone to help lead & support the creation of new, differentiated solutions to ensure the future success of JP Morgan Corporate & Investment Bank's lines of business. You will help drive the strategic experimentation of financial products/services by leveraging innovation models such as, lean startup, design thinking. You will help to shape, define and prioritize innovation objectives and facilitate idea generation by identifying emerging trends and white-space opportunities for the firm. You will also lead the generation and execution of ideation campaigns and assist in program management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Scan and generate new ideas for the lines of business
Scan the global ecosystem for fintech, enterprise software, and other innovative technology products
Become an expert in emerging technology / business model trends and insights
Develop business cases and lead commercial analysis of potential product adoption
Establish and cultivate partnerships across the businesses
Lead and build consensus with business partners and senior managers on idea prioritization efforts
Influence decisions on digital strategy, client engagement, product roadmaps, and implementations of innovative technologies and business models at the bank
Conduct build-buy-partner analysis
Track the team's book of work, build executive dashboards, and generate management reports
Develop new innovation programs that can further foster idea development and commercial product creation
Partner with the engineering team, product peers, business stakeholders to determine product definition and viability
Partner with the design team members to develop proof of concept wireframes
Keep stakeholders, senior managers informed on delivery progress, blockers and present decision points to drive debate
Skills and Qualifications
Professional experience in Digital/Corporate/Product Strategy, Management Consulting, Product Management, Enterprise Startups, Venture Capital and/or Corporate Innovation
Ability to quickly connect dots and build up subject matter expertise
Experience developing concepts into tangible product ideas
Commercial acumen and passion for technology and new business models
Analytical skills and advanced ability with Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to creatively build and deliver presentation
Exceptional client management and executive-level communication skills
Ability to communicate concrete recommendations and defend their rationale
Promote continual creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, execution, and accountability
Ability to facilitate discussion, engage and develop "Ideators"
Proven track record of planning and driving multiple projects in parallel, anticipating risk, articulating deliverables, and meeting deadlines
Adaptable team player with a can-do attitude and a demonstrated passion for learning

Financial services, capital markets experience
Experience working with global teams, and leading change in organizations that are large, complex, cross-functional, and ever-evolving

Strong grasp of user-centered design, lean startup, disruptive innovation, BCG Portfolio Matrix, and other testing methodologies
Knowledge of enterprise technology, fintech, product management, and trends in digital
