Handel Architects LLP Architectural Designer (Associate) in New York, New York
Perform zoning analysis and building code analysis. Perform Schematic Design (SD) including programming, layout spaces, and building massing. Perform Design Development including detailed layout of spaces and development of exterior faade design and details. Coordinate with clients and consultants. Create Construction Documents including exterior and interior details design and documentation. Use Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino 3D. Strong Adobe CS, MS Office. Work under Registered Architect.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture + 3 years' exp in related architectural design occupations
