CTG Application Architect ServiceNow in New York, New York
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Architect ServiceNow opening for our client in New York, NY.
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 3 months
Duties:
Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow applications, with a focus on the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow best practices, configuration, and implementation strategies.
Conduct architectural reviews, ensure the solutions meet client requirements, and provide guidance on technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow architecture and configuration.
Ensure the overall system integration and performance align with business goals.
Oversee the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
Mentor and guide junior developers and other team members on ServiceNow best practices.
Skills:
Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, specifically with the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities, including incident, problem, change management, and risk management.
Experience with ServiceNow platform configurations, scripting, and integrations.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow implementation methodologies.
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong understanding of system integration, API usage, and third-party tool integration.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 2-3 years specifically focused on architecture and design.
Extensive experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management module.
Proven track record of leading complex ServiceNow projects and implementations.
Experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
