As the Analyst, you will work with the A&R Administration departments that support 7 label groups. This position requires excellent communication, prioritization and organizational skills as well as the ability to problem solve with other team members.

What you'll do:
  • Provide administrative support on recording projects.
    * Vendor set up and verification.
    * Processing payments.
    * Handling inquiries for vendors.
    * Assisting with the clearance process for samples and side artists.
    * Gathering label copy and research.
    * Gathering delivery requirements including assets, paperwork and agreements.
    * Union contracts and paperwork.
  • Royalty Client services and Royalty Business Liaison intermediary.
  • General Departmental troubleshooting.
  • Support A&R Administrators with ad hoc requests and reports.
Who you are:
  • Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Music Business Administration, Finance, Legal or Accounting.
  • Minimum (3) years previous work experience.
  • Previous experience within the music or entertainment industry preferred.
  • Experience working with confidential and sensitive content.
  • Must be extremely proficient with systems: Microsoft 365 Suite (outlook, excel, work, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn proprietary systems.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve and work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
New York Pay Range
$62,400-$65,000 USD
