The Role:

We are seeking a cutting-edge marketer to implement integrated campaigns against a new effort to broaden our client base using through a digital activation strategy. The role, reporting to the Executive Director of Acquisition Marketing, will use owned and paid media to drive new clients to unique digital experiences and nurture them through the marketing funnel.

This is a key strategic role is to build aggressive, measurable, integrated campaigns that align with business priorities. This person will partner with the Brand, Media, and Digital teams to build end-to-end client journeys that will help to drive awareness with new clients and nurture them through the digital funnel. The role will work very closely with the Business Intelligence team to set objectives and measure progress on an ongoing basis to make both strategic and tactical shifts based on results and report progress to senior stakeholders.

To be successful, the candidate will need to be client-centric, analytical and also have proven record of driving leads through paid and owned media by leading and collaborating across a complex network of stakeholders to drive decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Brand and Demand Generations to drive acquisition strategy to grow the business

  • Use a data-driven approach to build campaigns that leverage multiple lead generation tactics / marketing channels

  • Develop end-to-end digital experiences to drive acquisitions targets further down the funnel with input and alignment from key functional leaders

  • Deliver on that strategy in partnership with product marketing, channel marketing, and distribution teams

  • Guide all research and analytics efforts so we can develop a deep understanding of client journeys to conversion

  • Partner with analytics and finance on tracking financial performance and developing a business case for additional investments to improve the client experience

  • Manage senior stakeholder updates and reporting requirements

  • Own and derive business insights from marketing analytics and functional KPIs to make real-time changes to campaigns

  • Manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Qualifications :

  • Track record of growing new consumer acquisition programs; agency experience a plus

  • Strong business acumen and an analytical mind who can operationalize the strategy effectively

  • Keen interest in understanding customer insights, attitudes and behaviors

  • Experience with digital, mobile, and apps a plus

  • Strategic thinker with an ability to create innovative strategies and plans at scale

  • Strong collaboration skills in a highly matrixed organization environment

  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels

  • Track record of leading cross-functional employees to deliver exceptional levels of success

  • Self-starter, able to work independently, but also as part of a wider organization

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

  • Experience in consumer segmentation strategy a plus

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiences
