Our client, a creative and communications agency with the goal of bringing new voices and social change to the forefront, is looking for a Agency Account Supervisor to join their team remotely 40 hours a week for 3 months with the potential to extend. The Agency Account Supervisor must be available during EST hours. As the Agency Account Supervisor, you will be managing a team of 3 account directors and assisting with the development of client campaigns to provide a positive client experience. Our client is looking for a true leader with agency experience to guide and execute a variety of different responsibilities. The Agency Account Supervisor will be working cross functionally with multiple internal teams to deliver top quality work to clients. This is an account focused role but will handle both account and project management and client facing responsibilities. Agency Account Supervisor Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of 3, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient workflow - Facilitate regular status calls to track project progress and resolve any issues - Oversee a portfolio of projects and accounts, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and timelines - Monitor project budgets, track hours, and ensure projects stay within scope and budget - Manage financial aspects, including production costs, term rates, and invoicing accuracy - Ensure account health by policing rates, analyzing time allocations, and making adjustments as needed to stay on target Agency Account Supervisor Must Haves- 5 + years of strong agency project and account management skills - Experience managing budgets, hours, and cost control - Leadership experience managing a team - Ability to track and manage account performanceIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
