Job Summary:

As Ad Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in the Media Operations organization, reporting directly into the VP of Ad Operations. On a daily basis, you will play a key role in trafficking of all direct sold campaigns -- campaign implementation, QA, reporting, and optimization. You will work closely with the Account Management and Performance Delivery Management teams providing client support across the direct sales business.

Essential Functions:

  • Trafficking of digital advertising campaigns across Sharecare properties using Google Ad Manager

  • QA creative and tagging issues that may arise during the campaign set-up process

  • Provide support to sales and account management in the pre and post sales process

  • Work with Account Management and PDM teams to ensure we continue meet client objectives, KPIs, and delivery goals

  • Effectively manage campaigns by ensuring a timely launch, successful performance and full delivery

  • Evaluate new technologies, market trends and industry best practices across the digital advertising landscape, in the areas of mobile, data, and ad tech
