Administrative Manager in
New York, New York
- Serving as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously.
- Initiate and coordinate goals, deadlines, and projects for all departments.
- Achieve specific financial objectives by communicating with administrative personnel and adjusting workflow as necessary.
- Implement customer service standards and evaluate employees based on their ability to meet those standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
- Monitoring and procuring needed supplies for office, reception, mail-room, and kitchen.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
- Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative personnel.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams, Zoom, QuickBooks, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Minimal travel required. Remote work permitted.
Must hold a high school diploma/GED, or foreign equivalent, with 2 years of experience as an Administrative Manager, plus 1 year of experience in a position utilizing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, QuickBooks, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Salary Offered: $79,581 to $85,000 per year.
