How will you make an impact in this role?

We are seeking a Program Manager Analyst to become a key member of the Value Co-Creation Team within Technology.

Value Co-Creation (VCC) is an enterprise-wide initiative with the goal of transforming our ways of working together across Business, Product and Technology functions to drive enhanced customer value and to achieve business outcomes more rapidly. Examples of new ways of working will include enhanced collaboration and co-creation across business, product, and technology through all stages of product development cycle; ensuring alignment with architecture frameworks and standards and SDLC controls; evolving investment portfolio planning, capacity management and execution oversight to enable the key tenets of the value co creation model.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Assist in managing the implementation roadmap and collaborate with Business, Product and Technology leads who are driving the adoption of new ways of working in their areas

  • Reinforce Best Practices prescribed by VCC by delivering change management efforts, such as training and communications

  • Facilitate feedback sessions, capture themes, and create action plans to refine the delivery model

  • Maintain the VCC knowledge library

  • Support the facilitation of enterprise-wide VCC training events, including managing all operational components of training (attendance, training logistics, completion data etc.)

  • Assist with measuring outcomes around productivity, engagement, and report overall program success metrics, overseeing regular executive reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to quickly adapt to change while continuing to make progress towards program goals.

  • Proficient in analytical and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present ideas clearly

  • Soft skills – analytical thinking, curiosity, continuous learning and improvement attitude

  • Independent thinker who’s organized, has great attention to detail, and is proficient at managing multiple priorities

Qualifications

Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually bonus benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
