In this role, you’ll lead Graphic Production Design, overseeing a team of production artists responsible for web, email, screen, keynote, and PDF graphic creation for product launches and updates. The ideal candidate will have project management skills, along with graphic design experience, Sketch and Photoshop expertise, web and HTML email production experience, organizational and leadership skill, and an eye for detail.

Description

  • Translate initial design concepts into polished, high-quality deliverables that meet technical specifications and brand guidelines - Produce final production-ready assets, ensuring that all files are formatted correctly and optimized for their intended platform (e.g., web, mobile, print) - Work closely with creative producers, delivery managers, design, development, content producers, and localization to meet project goals - Own communication with producers, design leads and development - Structure Photoshop comps to optimize efficient production and localization workflows using slices, smart objects, and layer comps - Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, text, and links are flawless - Identify and help implement opportunities for process, automation, design, file format, and technical improvements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience working as a graphic designer or graphic production artist

  • Portfolio showcasing experience in graphic design with a specific focus on delivering production-ready assets across digital, print, and web platforms

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar software

  • Excellent design and typography sensibilities

  • Ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
