"The Deep Sector and Private Markets Engineering team in the Dealmakers & Wealth group is hiring for an Engineering Team Leader to manage a team of engineers in the United States. In this role, you will work with individuals whose efforts are working towards FactSet's new Screening capabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring your teams are prepared, coached and supported to deliver on their strategic outcomes. Your focus will be to develop and sponsor the growth of your team, while also partnering with product and engineering leadership across the program. You will report to the Director, Deep Sector and Private Markets Engineering.Great managers take a genuine interest in what is important to each employee.
