Consultant, Thought Leadership
Overview
Our Thought Leadership team is dedicated to developing timely perspectives and points of view that serve as engagement accelerators for us and our clients, including executive engagement at the C-Suite level.
We collaborate with internal subject matter experts to leverage their deep knowledge and execute on critical topics, ensuring our clients stay ahead in the ever-evolving healthcare ecosystem.
Consultants on our team will be challenged with high impact, fulfilling projects including:
Analysis and development of evidence-based insights on emerging healthcare trends.
Support deliverables for clients on key topics impacting their business strategies.
Elevating key content across IQVIA’s portfolios.
Driving research and analytical insights for stakeholders, and collaborating on go-to-market strategy.
Generating strategies to improve value-added partnerships for stakeholders and clients across IQVIA’s portfolios.
Essential Functions
Identifies and supports development of topics of strategic interest, performing appropriate due diligence, conducting quantitative research, and building an insightful, valuable narrative for clients (internal and external).
Analyzes industry trends in key market segments (large pharma, EBP, MedTech, Payers, suppliers), therapy area, or disease segments.
Utilizes the full breadth of IQVIA’s data analytics and consulting capabilities to produce consistent and insightful analysis on the industry and to understand the patient journey.
Supports the development of analytics and presentation-ready content for client presentations.
Responds to ad hoc requests for information from clients, business management and executive management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
Advanced degree in Biology, Healthcare, Statistics, or related field preferred, but not required.
Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience required.
Knowledge of IQVIA products and pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite with advanced to expert Excel skills required.
Advanced data analysis skills required.
Experience communicating data derived insights visually (PowerPoint, Tableau, BI) preferred.
Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.
Possesses high level of computer literacy and internet research capabilities.
Time management skills, interpersonal skills, and strong project management skills is a must.
Strong communication and listening skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $68,900.00 - $126,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
