H&H Construction Inspection Internship in New York City, New York
We offer an exciting Construction Inspection Internship opportunity in our New York City office. This is an eight-week internship starting June 10, 2024.

Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Intern Manager, assist with performing on-site inspections of the contractor's work on a bridge, highway, or interchange project
Review construction plans, inspection reports, specifications, construction estimates, and change order documents
Learn to prepare clear and concise Daily Inspection Reports to document work performed
Use field inspection equipment
Field measure and calculate quantities of work completed and other pertinent information
Apply and monitor work zone traffic control plans (WZTC/ MPT)
Attend Lunch n' Learns with other interns and engineers at H&H
Attend at least one site visit
Requirements
Rising college senior or graduate student
Attention to detail
Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office basic apps
Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and commitment
Work in field and office Monday-Friday, work hours are TBD based on contractor's schedule
Benefits
$23/ hr with Holiday Pay.
