Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the Global Securitization in New York / USA ensuring the daily monitoring of regulatory surveillance of 2a-7 and Risk Retention, the daily revenue certification in TARDIS, and the distribution of required daily reports to the respective departments. Ensuring the weekly revenue updates and reporting are accurate before distribution. Monitor and review client compliance (Seller Reports) monthly, while updating the Trendline, Rating Agency report and the Conduit Investor Report to be distributed at month-end. Ensures all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

What You’ll Do

  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

  • Daily monitoring of regulatory surveillance of 2a7 and Risk Retention using the “Asset Liability Regulatory Surveillance Report” from SecureHub to ensure they have not exceeded their thresholds and are within the limits. If a limit is close or has been breached management is advised and the required approval needs to be provided to process entries to realign with the required limits.

  • Daily distribution of the Delayed draw, Conduit ABCP Spread and Daily Maturity Report to each respective distribution list once notification is received from Product Control that all daily inputs have been completed in SecureHUB.

  • Weekly Distribution of the CP Maturity Stress Test report (CP Maturity Allocation) which is retrieved from SecureHub.

  • Quarterly Risk Weighted Asset Template update for US, CAD and Other country for GUI upload.

  • Updating and distributing weekly revenue reports to DCM utilizing the TARDIS System.

  • Distribute monthly reports pertaining to the clients outstanding, Liquidity, Tenor, Client Profitability and commitments to various internal departments within the Bank (Credit, Risk Management, Product Control and Customer Measurement Dept).

  • Gathering and reporting weekly and month end revenue figures for Global Securitization for distribution to Product Control to be uploaded to the TARDIS System.

  • Daily monitoring and certification of revenue amounts uploaded to TARDIS to ensure the correct amounts are being captured in the system.

  • Quarterly update and distribution of Global Securitization US Asset Profile report to Accounting policy and Reporting.

  • Collect all legal documents post-closing of all deals and forward to GWO-Corporate Loan Documents Dept. for them to update the F28s to reflect the new data. Record all completed phase in the Monthly Activity Report.

  • Analyze and process information on new deals and amendments to update the Deal Summary to be distributed to the Deal Team and Product Control.

  • Monitor reports and update client details (Additional Property Field and Credit Ratings) to coincide with the effective dates of new deals, renewals and amendments in SecureHub.

  • Gather all client’s monthly servicer reports to populate the information into our Investor Report, Moody’s Monthly Report and Rating Agency Report to be distributed month end to the various Rating Agencies and our Conduit Investors.

  • Record and ensure all Conduit clients monthly servicer reports have been received on the respective due dates. Update the Trendline for each client with their new monthly information and escalate any anomalies or compliance breach to the deal team. Distribute completed updates to be checked by the team within the acceptable time frame.

  • Distribute monthly reports pertaining to the clients outstanding, tenor, and commitments to various internal departments within the Bank (Credit, Risk Management, Product Control).

  • Laisse with my deal team and Product Control to ensure information is received and distributed when necessary.

  • Develop Conduit Industry and product expertise to assist the deal team on special projects and provide support to Product Control as requested.

  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrates sound knowledge of securitization fundamentals, with experience in trade receivables and auto related securitization preferred.

  • Degree in Business or related field. MBA/CPA/CFA or other industry designation is helpful.

  • Banking experience in a Corporate/Commercial lending or related environment.

  • Requires computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiencies as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience in credit analysis and familiarity with legal document review required

  • A high level of commitment and a strong sense of teamwork are needed to succeed in the role.
