Description

STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.
This position will be the primary person processing Accounts Payable, invoicing & billing for clients. This role will be PART-TIME (can be remote, hybrid or in office), reporting to our NY Building Envelope team in Hawthorne, NJ.
The successful candidate will be also be responsible for:
Assisting with accounts payable functions (high- volume)
Creating and processing expense reports via Concur and / or COINS
Processing incoming/outgoing invoicing/billing
Data entry in job request documents and in Salesforce
Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position:
1-3 years of office administrative experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience with a multi-line phone system
Working knowledge of standard office equipment and mail processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills; skilled at multi-tasking and detail oriented
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Candidates with the following background may be given preference:
Previous experience working in the construction industry
Bi-lingual English-Spanish
We anticipate this role averaging about 20 hours a week, Monday - Friday schedule.
