Description

STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets. STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.

This position will be the primary person processing Accounts Payable, invoicing & billing for clients. This role will be PART-TIME (can be remote, hybrid or in office), reporting to our NY Building Envelope team in Hawthorne, NJ.

The successful candidate will be also be responsible for:

  • Assisting with accounts payable functions (high- volume)

  • Creating and processing expense reports via Concur and / or COINS

  • Processing incoming/outgoing invoicing/billing

  • Data entry in job request documents and in Salesforce

Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position:

  • 1-3 years of office administrative experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Previous experience with a multi-line phone system

  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment and mail processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; skilled at multi-tasking and detail oriented

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Candidates with the following background may be given preference:

  • Previous experience working in the construction industry

  • Bi-lingual English-Spanish

We anticipate this role averaging about 20 hours a week, Monday - Friday schedule.
