Google Software Engineer, Engineering Productivity, Silicon in New Taipei City, Taiwan

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in C/C++, Python, TypeScript, or Angular.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience working with a major cloud platform.

  • Interest in deeply learning customer workflows, identifying pain points, and designing/implementing creative solutions to them.

  • Communicate regularly with client teams to eliminate pain points, and improve quality and development velocity.

  • Develop high performance, scalable, highly available services.

  • Develop solutions including tool customization to simplify the setup and maintenance of CI, code coverage, and power and performance analysis.

  • Improve development efficiency across the silicon organization and possibly Google-wide through tooling improvements.
