Google Custom Silicon System Level Test Engineer in New Taipei City, Taiwan

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability, or product engineering and with data analysis using semiconductor yield management system.
Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and testing.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and communicating with leadership and executives.
Experience with using scripting languages (e.g., Python).
Experience with SoC and PMIC productization with a strong understanding of SOC system-level test methodologies, including test flow development, test coverage analysis, and fault diagnosis.
Knowledge of SOC system-level test methodologies.

Manage custom silicon Outsourced Assembly and Test (OSAT) day-to-day operation, particularly System Level Test (SLT) operation management.
Drive cross-functional efforts for technology and operational readiness during New Product Introduction (NPI), collaborating closely with system-level test engineers to ensure smooth integration of new products into the test environment.
Develop and implement system-level test strategies and plans for new products, ensuring comprehensive coverage and alignment with product requirements.
Oversee the execution of system-level tests, analyze test results, and identify and debug issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system-level test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
