About the Role:

International Card Services (ICS) delivers unique products and services to our card members that creates unparalleled value and sustainable growth, in a customer focused, collaborative and highly energetic work environment.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Digital Partnerships you will be responsible for managing our Affiliates channel, with a focus on delivering new Card acquisition and billings growth via our content affiliate partners.

Key to the role will be the ability to build and leverage solid relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and strategies to drive business growth.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Support with channel strategy development & day to day execution.

  • Develop & maintain strong partnerships with affiliate partners, agencies & internal stakeholders.

  • Manage development and execution of Affiliate partner content (eg. articles, videos, social etc).

  • Work with teams, agencies and partners to ensure correct implementation of strategies, product & offer changes.

  • Drive growth and scale of acquisition through delivery of analytics, insights, management of tracking and testing innovation.

  • Maintaining market awareness of competitor activity, industry and technological advances to analyse and develop future plans for Affiliate Acquisition.

  • Ensure broader marketing objectives are adapted and carried through to Affiliate strategies, optimization and reporting.

Minimum Qualification

  • University qualifications in business and/or marketing.

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a business/marketing environment.

  • A collaborative style of doing business with an ability to influence, gain support and achieve outcomes with key stakeholders both across the organisation and externally.

  • Creativity and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies

  • An ability to deliver results with an appetite to challenge the status quo to drive meaningful change across the business.

  • Excellence in project management skills to ensure strong stakeholder engagement and execution following clear timelines and within budget.

  • Analytical and data handling capabilities to support ongoing campaign forecasting and assessment including the monitoring of marketing channel performance.

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all marketing communications and operational processes.
