THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who collaborates with customers and stakeholders to meet and exceed sales targets through our channel partners in both Municipal and Industrial arenas of the UV treatment and Filtration market, throughout the lifecycle of our equipment.

The role involves understanding CP needs to create and manage long-term, value-added relationships with both customers and channel partners, communicating the progress of sales metrics and initiatives both internally and externally, preparing sales forecasts and tracking KPI.

This role offers flexible working from a home or company office with frequent travel supported by Veralto approved hotels and travel arrangements. This is a highly autonomous role for someone with a strong business acumen, ability to understand and respond to customer needs.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Cultivate and maintain a network of existing and new Channel Partners and contacts in territory, to position our UV & Filtration solutions and indirectly influence buying decision as a key member of the water management community in both the municipal and industrial space.

  • Develop sales and account plans for after Market Parts and Service to achieve assigned targets, through customer engagement, Value Selling and funnel management.

  • Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, virtual and telephone contact, trade seminars and shows product demonstrations / evaluations customer and channel seminars and close opportunities by participating in formal proposals, invitations to bid and supply contracts

  • Collect and report information on competitive activity, business opportunities, sales trends and results, providing input from the field into corporate programs

  • Maintaining KPI each month and developing countermeasures as needed

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:

  • B2B experience selling complex industrial and / or municipal products and solutions

  • Fluent in English & territory language

  • Ability to travel 30% within assigned territory

It would be a plus if you also possess:

  • A degree in a science related field such as chemistry, biology, environmental science, or engineering

  • An additional language.

  • Contract / bid administrative support.

  • Pricing service contracts and developing maintenance contract offering

  • Managing maintenance contracts & co-ordinating maintenance visits

  • Filling the gap in Industrial system sales where there is no project manager

  • Part search and technical advice to Inside Sales and CSS.

  • Developing FST Scheduling with the new Salesforce tool

YOUR BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

  • A technical diploma or degree

  • Experience in B2B after market, service, negotiation or sales activity

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Ability to interact easily and professionally with internal, cross-functional colleagues, and channel partners

Please Note: This post, based in Australia, but extending across APAC region with the opportunity to travel up to 30-40% of time mostly in region meeting customers and partners and occasionally beyond for team meetings and trainings.
