Dealership Accounting Coordinator
Under close supervision, the Dealership Accounting Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of sales transactions for the purpose of ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for the accounting team to process.
The Dealership Accounting Coordinator reports to the Business Manager or Senior Business Manager.
Responsibilities
Process daily deposits for all departments.
Report deposit discrepancies to department managers.
Reconcile bank daily.
Maintaining and reconciling schedules, daily, weekly and monthly
Send schedule reports to department heads weekly.
Process deals at month end to assist with month end closing.
Code check requests for the APC team to process.
Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
Automotive experience required.
Highly organized, efficient and detail oriented
Computer literacy, CDK a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks easily.
A driven personality and ability to be successful in an individual and team setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Positive attitude and eagerness to improve.
Ability to meet deadlines.
