Pay IAM- Starting Rate- $24.98- Top Rate- $28.35
Essential Functions of the Job:
Setup and operate CNC Machining Centers on any job assigned to consistently produce work of accepted quality at a productive work pace.
Operate overhead and walk behind cranes.
Operate power industrial trucks.
Read and properly interpret blueprints.
Check work with measuring instruments.
Perform related tasks including routine machine care, light material handling, recordkeeping and any other duties as assigned by supervision.
Plan and perform diversified work of average complexity with frequent physical effort in handling and moving material.
Practice safe work habits including PPE requirements and all safety rules.
Comply with plant rules and attendance rules.
Prioritize work using general guidelines to respond to multiple, simultaneous demands and requirements efficiently without losing composure.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to count accurately and have basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
Ability to read, write legibly and carry out verbal and written instructions.
Ability to operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner as needed to complete assigned duties.
Ability to use CRT/computer/bar code reader to retrieve and/or input data.
Ability to plan work to maximize utilization of equipment.
Ability to prioritize work using general guidelines to respond to multiple, simultaneous demands and requirements efficiently without losing composure.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
Five years of work experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist/turn, bend/squat, climb, reach below knees and reach above shoulders on a continuous basis.
Frequently required to lift/carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted, occasionally lift/carry 21-50 lbs unassisted.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
