We're gearing up for the 2024 Hurricane Season and need candidates of ALL skill levels in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Construction Assistant Superintendent - Catastrophe Team you will ensure that service, safety, and quality is performed at the company's highest standard - playing a vital role in responding to disaster events and business interruptions by assisting with the direction and coordination of projects. This will include client communication, project administration, subcontractor supervision, and communicating with the Superintendent daily. Also, ensure that jobs are adhering to all company protocol, project policies, accounting procedures, and other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Must be 21 years or older

  • Travel required – Standby Catastrophe Team

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Driver's License is required

  • Construction experience is required or college degree with construction internship experience

  • OSHA 10 or 30-hour a plus

  • Must be willing to undergo background check

  • Must have open availability - 7 days a week

  • Disaster relief experience is a plus

  • Ability to supervise subcontractors

  • Good verbal communication

  • Bilingual is a plus

  • Current passport is a plus
