Job Description
The main role and responsibility for the Sr. Specialist, Controls & Compliance is the creation of fraud prevention mechanisms as well as auditing agent behaviors that could lead to fraud through the current client reports available. These, among other tasks will help the operations team to be even more vigilant of agent actions and as such mitigate the current risks.
The successful candidates will:
Maintain industry regulations re Data Privacy, Information Security and General Compliance
Audit and monitor client and company related security policies and procedures
Collaborate with partners such as Human Resources, Operations Training and external auditors
Support and enforce general standards to improve compliance
Ensure internal controls mechanisms align with contractual agreement
Lead education and refresher session for compliance & security with staff
Establish and enforce organizational standards to maintain quality of service
Collect, analyze and summarize information to prepare informative reports
Perform internal reviews to ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented properly
