JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs routine cleaning of all areas of the site facilities. Perform janitorial tasks to maintain sanitary conditions including, but not limited to floor buffing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, wall, window, bathroom and furniture cleaning. Maintains the grounds of the ROTHR facilities. Duties would include cutting grass, trimming hedges, edging, pruning shrubs, planting grass, spreading fertilizer, and application of pesticides. Performs all other related duties as assigned and required.
Basic Required Qualifications:
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret DOD security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Applicant must have a minimum of six months combined practical grounds maintenance and janitor experience.
Applicant must have the ability to comprehend and carry out the instructions outlined in written procedures with little supervision.
Within six months of hire, the selected applicant must qualify as a Registered Technician for State Certified Pesticide Applicator.
Must have a clean motor vehicle driving record to obtain authorization to drive company vehicles.
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Qualifications we Prefer:
Current Registered State Pesticide Applicator.
Previous or current Secret security clearance.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
