These are seasonal jobs with training starting in December (a few hours, maybe 10-20 for the month) and then during the Tax Season (January through April 15). We do offer flexible hours. Various office locations are available throughout Monmouth and Ocean County.

Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members Other duties as assigned
Your Expertise: Experience working in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a customer service environment Ability to multi-task Strong organizational and time-management skills Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office High school diploma or equivalent Preferred experience in Sales/Marketing.
