Visual Lease is seeking an Enterprise Partner Sales Director as a highly experienced top performing sales professional who has expertise in identifying and building strategic alliances. This person must have experience in all aspects of developing alliances, operationalizing partner programs, and joint selling and leverage those skills to enable and advance Costar Group’s Visual Lease go-to-market strategy.
This person must also have a proven track record in scaling partnerships through strong relationships, joint GTM strategy development, joint pipeline management, new program development, and experienced strong ARR growth from these strategic partners. This position will report directly to the Head of Global Partners. A successful candidate will be high energy, hands-on, and bring significant knowledge and an in-depth understanding of technology sales, systems implementers, and enterprise advisory & consulting!
This is a hybrid position that can be based in New Jersey, Atlanta, DC or Richmond, VA.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Identify, recruit, and develop new enterprise partners that enables and advances the Visual Lease and CoStar Real Estate Manager go-to-market strategy. This includes strategic enterprise advisory & consulting with existing partners, e.g., KPMG, Deloitte, PWC, RGP, etc.
Tasked with expanding and growing these relationships through strategic growth initiatives
Own all aspects of the partnership development, onboarding, education and growth through leads and opportunities
Serve as primary point of contact for external, day-to-day management of the partner relationship
Educate partners on our solutions and market focus, keeping them abreast of advancements, changes, and trends in the industry
Communicate solution recommendations, product knowledge, and support collateral to partner and sales teams within partner accounts
Collaborate with Product team to influence the product roadmap in order to expand existing alliances and establish new relationships
Work in tandem with account management, direct sales and marketing to ensure seamless execution of alliances initiatives including joint marketing, sales and enablement programs
Collaborate with Account Management on new customer focused initiatives to drive new revenue expansion opportunities with our partners.
Effectively utilize Salesforce to regularly track accounts, relationships, activity, sales opportunities, pipeline, and forecast updates
Stay current on market industry conditions, needs and competitor strategies, potential threats, goals and approaches.
Comfortable facilitating small and large group meetings
Participate in team development & enablement activities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College required.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in alliances/channel development in the enterprise advisory and accounting market
Strong listening and consultative selling skills
Track record of successfully building technology partner ecosystems via integrated offerings and defined go to market strategies.
Experience selling to key decision makers at the C-Suite levels
Must be able to demonstrate ability to achieve sales success; including executive-level relationships, account penetration, solution selling, and coordination of multi-site account management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creation of convincing and strategic sales approach, proposal, documentation and presentation
Willingness to travel as needed for corporate events, meetings, & partner on-sites & events
Ability to publicly represent Visual Lease and CoStar Group with internal and external customers, partners & alliances, and at events and seminars.
A track record of commitment to prior employers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Experience with the Big 4 or similar firms is a plus
Strong understanding of industry trends, key players, partners, terminology and overall economics of the marketplace
Proficiency in contract management and evaluation methodologies

This position offers a base salary range of $130,000-$140,000 based on relevant skills and experience and a generous uncapped commission and benefits plan.
