Job Description

Leads and guides non-clinical personnel, performs complex diversified administrative and secretarial duties, and is responsible for maintaining and promoting efficiency in areas of responsibility.

Job Responsibility

  • Leads and guides, trains and evaluates the performance of the staff; provides feedback to supervisor for performance appraisals.

  • Acts as a team leader and guides clerical staff in the performance of diversified administrative and secretarial duties.

  • Assists in scheduling and implementing work-flow changes.

  • Coordinates the preparation of patient charts; collects, sorts, files, locates and distributes needed information, materials, records and paperwork.

  • Participates in developing and delivering training related to operations.

  • Responds to and resolves complex patient questions and issues as needed.

  • Ensures key functions are handled in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Assists in resolving difficult or complex administrative issues, as needed.

  • Prepares and maintains various statistical data.

Job Qualification

  • Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $41,780-$64,340/year
