Job Description

Leads, guides and coordinates scheduling for both clinical and non-clinical personnel, performs diversified administrative and secretarial duties, and is responsible for maintaining and promoting efficiency in areas of responsibility. Supports Quality and Service Excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leads, guides, hires, trains, and evaluates the performance of staff.

  • Coordinates the daily operations of clinical and non-clinical staff of in the Practice.

  • Prioritizes, schedules, assigns and monitors work to optimize operational service.

  • Analyzes, recommends, implements and monitors approved, compliant work-flow changes.

  • Ensures adequate inventory of supplies

  • Participates in developing and delivering training related to operations.

  • Performs related duties, as required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

  • Minimum of two (2) years progressively responsible administrative experience in a physician office setting is highly preferred. Previous supervisory experience, required.

  • Proficient in use of Personal Computer (PC) and database applications.

  • Knowledge of Business Management and/or Health Care Administration is highly preferred:

  • Bilingual strongly preferred

  • Must be able very Flexible to work any work schedule (Days/Evenings) and must have both weekday and weekend availability
