Your Role
The Warehouse Shipment Processing Specialist responsible for both domestic and international shipment processing, packaging, and palletizing of spare parts for both small parcel and LTL freight. Additional responsibilities also include in-bound receipt processing, and stock maintenance of products and supplies to guarantee an excellent level of workflow to meet timing expectations. You will follow the processes as described by the job training and work instructions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
You will process all shipping activities, print packaging labels, pick and package orders with quality checks, prepare shipping documentation and labeling, arrange pick-ups and deliveries, and track shipments.
Scan all completed shipment documentation into electronic archive.
You will perform physical and system in-bound receipt processing verifying if stock, non-stock, or goods for inspection.
Participate with team goals to conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as scheduled to maintain 99% inventory record accuracy.
Maintain reorder point for important consumables and supplies used.
Maintain proper storage and labeling of stock inventory and supplies.
You will maintain the Hilo Driver Certification/Test process.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of important workflow and procedures.
Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance on tools and equipment used.
Provide responsive and professional assistance to internal customers.
Collaborate with other areas of the organization.
Maintain work area clean, organized, and free from hazard.
Other operation/service responsibilities as assigned.
To succeed, you will need
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Minimum two years of international shipment processing experience.
Able to operate efficiently with minimum supervision. EDUCATION OR QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (AS APPLICABLE): Must be able to lift and move parts, boxes, and other material regularly throughout the day, up to 50lbs.
