Aston Carter Part-Time Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant in New Holland, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a Part-Time, Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant to join a thriving food manufacturing organization in New Holland, PA.

Description:

This is a part-time, 20-25 hours a week position, with flexible hours. The HR Assistant will be performing administrative tasks to support the HR team. Ideally, this role will go on-site Monday - Thursday (flexible) from 8 AM - 12:00/1:00 PM EST each week.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, scheduling, and assisting with interviews.

  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.

  • Enter employee data into software platforms and spreadsheet management.

  • Use amazing interpersonal and organizational skills to complete administrative tasks and projects including filing, benefits administration, attendance tracking, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Commitment and ability to maintain confidential information

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required

  • Previous HR experience preferred

  • Kronos experience desirable

  • 3+ years of relevant HR or Administrative experience
