Position Summary:
The Pricing and Contracts Analyst will carefully review all contracts to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines. Candidate works closely with the Sr. Pricing and Contracts analyst supporting revenue recognition, sales and fee-based reporting, processing of tracing reports, contract and distribution channel analysis and reporting, as well as other cross-functional activities. This role also works to identify issues, resolutions, process improvements, and supports all levels of management.

Salary Range: $33-$35/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Review and track contracts for adherence to corporate guidelines.
Identify non-standard terms and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.
Track and maintain departmental documentation; provide expertise and ad-hoc reporting.
Process Sales Tracings from distributors and manage related inquiries.
Manage new location updates and department support mailboxes.
Review and format incoming pricing/trade agreements using D365 ERP.
Support pricing data validation, audit requirements, and prepare quotes.
Validate GPO/IDN member information and support Sr. Analyst with reporting and analysis.
Resolve pricing discrepancies and assist with price book updates and distributor communications.
Provide timely support to Corporate Account Directors and manage contract compliance.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Teams, Outlook).
Experience with D365 and PowerBI is highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or a related environment.
Minimum of 3 years’ pricing and contracts experience.
Experience with Health Networks, Group Purchasing Organizations, or distributors is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent time management, communication skills, and customer service orientation.
Ability to work effectively with other departments and manage multiple tasks.
