WTW Business Analyst - Retirements in New Delhi, India
Role:
Determining and evaluating relevant requirements, change requests, and optimization approaches for the Pension Brokerage business area in our European Business
Contributing to the expansion and sustainable direction as well as the design of data management and reporting systems.
Documenting, reviewing, coordinating, and managing technical, functional, and qualitative requirements.
Developing graphical prototypes and modeling using common business analysis tools.
Conducting and documenting manual software tests as well as further developing automated test scenarios.
Participating in an international project.
Creating communication materials and conducting presentations on system developments.
Requirements:
Completed studies in mathematics, business informatics, or a comparable field. Alternatively, training with comparable knowledge and skills, followed by experience in business analysis or software development.
High conceptual, communicative, and analytical skills.
Assertiveness through confident, competent, and empathetic demeanor.
Customer and service orientation as well as the ability to work in a team.
Communication strength, enthusiasm for innovation, initiative, independence, reliability, and diligence.
Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
