Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist

Job Description

The CNC Mill Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines within our manufacturing facility. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong experience in machining and a dedication to maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Haas milling machines.

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

  • Utilize precision measuring instruments to complete QC tasks.

  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Read and interpret blueprints for machining operations.

  • Perform programming and adjustments on CNC machines as needed.

Essential Skills

  • 3-5+ years of experience running CNC mills or certification/associate degree in machining or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, tooling, and manufacturing processes.

  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers.

  • Experience with drill presses, CNC mills, grinding, lathe, shear, and programming.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00/hr.
