Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist
Job Description
The CNC Mill Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines within our manufacturing facility. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong experience in machining and a dedication to maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Haas milling machines.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Utilize precision measuring instruments to complete QC tasks.
Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Read and interpret blueprints for machining operations.
Perform programming and adjustments on CNC machines as needed.
Essential Skills
3-5+ years of experience running CNC mills or certification/associate degree in machining or a related field.
Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers.
Experience with drill presses, CNC mills, grinding, lathe, shear, and programming.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00/hr.
