Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role involves managing the recruiting process, maintaining HRIS, and supporting various HR-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in full cycle recruitment within the finance or banking industry, and a passion for providing high-quality service to both internal and external clients. Responsibilities
Manage the recruiting process across all areas, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and create job descriptions.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, confirm schedules, ensure internal parties have relevant materials, greet candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Draft offer proposals for approval from the Executive team, recommend appropriate compensation, and extend offers to candidates.
Follow up with hiring managers on candidate feedback to ensure the recruiting process runs efficiently.
Handle vendor management due diligence requests and responsibilities.
Update frequently used or requested materials and reports, including org charts, census reports, and hiring plans.
Perform internal audits of record keeping and ensure the supply area is highly organized.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding of employees, including communication with internal parties, and preparation of offer and departure packs.
Track submissions for education assistance and confirm appropriate approvals are collected.
Work with other departments and vendors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within established time frames.
Reconcile and process invoices in support of the Human Resources department, collecting signatures and forwarding to Accounts Payable.
Answer incoming calls to the Human Resources team, provide guidance, field questions, and relay accurate messages or escalate issues as needed.
Purchase and manage the office supply inventory for the Human Resources suite.
Coordinate various activities, arrange meetings, and inform all parties.
Essential Skills
4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience within the finance or banking industry.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
Strong will to help others and contribute positively as part of a team.
Ability to recommend process improvements to enhance department efficiency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Paylocity and Excel data entry.
Banking knowledge and vendor management skills.
HR generalist duties experience.
Work Environment
This position operates in an office setting. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The team size is four, including this position. The role is open for maternity leave coverage and is expected to continue until mid-April.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00
