Super Soccer Stars Coaching Part-Time Soccer Coach in New Canaan, Connecticut
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Teach an energetic and motivating class, connect and challenge each child, and help them to accomplish gross and fine motor development goals and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and fun manner.
Fill out attendance
Effectively and clearly communicate issues to the office and provide solutions
Showing up 15 minutes prior to class start time
Effectively and clearly communicate with other coaches, parents and children
Equipment set-up and break-down
Provide hands-on individual and group attention to children.
Ability to follow and execute lesson plans
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience working with children 5 years and under
Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
Responsible, reliable, punctual, dedicated, and confident individuals
HIGH ENERGY!
Comfort with managing groups of children and adults
Ability to follow super soccer stars curriculum and tailor lessons to specific developmental level
One weekend day availability
Experience working with non-neurotypical children is a huge PLUS
Reliable access to vehicle
