Posting Summary | The Department of Nutritional Sciences in the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is currently seeking Part-time Lecturers to teach various undergraduate or graduate courses such as: Culinary Nutrition, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Food Customs and Nutrition Equity. and Community Nutrition. The instructors will present course materials during assigned course times, hold office hours, administer exams, assign grades and coordinate any other requirements related to course instruction.
