Director of Clinical Research

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking applicants to join our pool of available professionals. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Research to lead and manage clinical research initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of clinical trials and research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of clinical research strategies and plans.

  • Manage and coordinate clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of clinical research projects.

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, sponsors, and regulatory authorities.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

  • Ensure the integrity and quality of clinical data through rigorous oversight and quality control measures.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a life sciences field (e.g., MD, PhD, PharmD).

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

  • Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay Details: $155,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year
