Round trip transportation will be provided to and from this address to the jobs each day. On the job training provided. Work under close supervision. Maintain properties with hand, power tools. Push, walk behind mowing, edge, trim, blow; plant water, dig, rake blow, pull weeds; haul, stack and install mulch and soil and other horticultural and landscaping items/products. Prune shrubs and small trees; pick up and dispose of litter and plant debris. May apply fertilizers, and common horticulture products; common maintenance, use and operation/maneuvering of mowing equipment, tools, vehicles.

aises are based on length of time on job, quantity and quality of work produced, dependability and adherence to procedures and policies. All d
eductions from pay, required by law will be made. For those employees who do not maintain a residence within normal commuting distance, on an optional basis, employer will provide those employees who opt in, with housing and utilities, at no cost to the employee. Employer provides, at no charge, tools, supplies, and equipment that is required. for the job.

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer provides or pays worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at rate of $

59.00/day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, incurred by the worker, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
