Robert Half Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer in New Brighton, Minnesota
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer in the service industry, based in New Brighton, Minnesota. In this role, you will be expected to meticulously handle customer applications and maintain accurate records. Your duties will also involve resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts to take appropriate action.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in an efficient manner
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely fashion
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary
• Analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records
• Handle accounts receivable tasks to ensure smooth financial operations
• Conduct audits in compliance with SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley regulations
• Participate in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) related tasks and Acquisition Integration
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the service industry
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Extensive knowledge of accounting functions
• Demonstrated experience in account reconciliation
• Solid understanding of accounts receivable (AR)
• Ability to analyze financial statements accurately
• Experience in auditing is crucial
• Familiarity with SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley is required
• Experience with acquisition integration
• Track record in handling mergers and acquisitions (M& A)
