Amusement and Recreation Attendants - 30 fulltime, temporary, (H-2B) jobs available 01/15/2025-11/12/2025

Employer: All State 38 Inc, 1903 Wald Road, New Braunfels, TX 78132

Duties: Perform variety of attending duties at mobile carnival ride operator. Set up, tear-down, operate amusement rides and food concessions.

No education required. No experience required. On the job training will be provided. Post-employment random drug testing and background checks may be required, at no cost to the worker. The job requires the applicant to be qualified, ready, willing, able, and available to perform during the entire employment at all the designated worksites; and to follow workplace rules.

Work Hours: Work schedule varies widely, typically 40 hours a week Wed-Sun, 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Employer will pay the prevailing hourly wage for each work location, ranging from $10.78 to $19.99. Merit increases and/or bonuses may be awarded at employer discretion. Board, Lodging, other facilities, including fringe benefits. Optional mobile housing (valued at $125.00 per week) and local convenience travel (valued at $25.00 per week) are available at no cost to the worker.

Daily Transportation to and from Worksite. Must commute from home at prior worksite, to next worksite. Optional transportation offered by the employer at no cost to the worker. Work starts in Comal County TX with additional work to follow in various locations along an itinerary: Bexar, Webb Counties TX; Riverside County CA; Harris, Cameron, Guadalupe Counties TX; Maricopa County AZ; Kendall, Travis, Tom Green Counties TX; Alameda County CA; Atascosa, Collin, Denton Counties TX; San Joaquin, Merced Counties CA; Nueces County TX; San Benito, Monterey, Fresno, Orange, San Diego, Mendocino Counties CA; Aransas, San Patricio Counties TX; Santa Clara, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Sonoma, Nevada Counties CA; Ada County ID; Onondaga County NY; Bingham County ID; Miller County AR; Oklahoma County OK; Placer, Kern Counties CA; Dallas County TX.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly. All deductions from the workers' paycheck required by law will be made.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
