Job Summary:Serves as primary technical and operational support for Information Systems Help Desk. Addresses and troubleshoots complex problems for end users prior to escalation. Focuses on improving IT customer service and incident resolution. Works closely with Lead Computer Tech and analysts to develop technical and valuable information for Help Desk and MIS Technicians daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:Associates degree in Information Systems or related discipline required. Two years of experience in Information Systems Help Desk Support.
