We are hiring!

Job Overview

Requires strong interactive, service oriented contact with clients, in person and over the phone. Supporting accountants and staff with tax processing and assistance where needed. General knowledge and operation of office equipment and front desk task coordination. Excellent inter-personnel communication. Works with minimal supervision. Make deposits and pick up mail from post office. Confidentiality, teamwork and customer service are key. Full time position comes with vacation and sick day package.

Hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday. Tax season requires some evenings and weekend hours.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills with word and excel a must.Bookkeeping, data entry skills, a plus.
  • Personal characteristics:Clean, neat, professional office casual. Able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Verbal communication skills: Multi-tasking. Works well as a team, doesn't need constant supervision.
