DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Summary:
- Provides administrative support for the Branch.
- Provides back up for the Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorts and distributes mail and faxes to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinates repair / service for office equipment.
- Orders literature / catalogs for the literature room.
- Updates employee telephone listings and lobby directory.
- Orders business cards, name tags, letterhead and forms.
- Processes both incoming and internal phone calls as well as page requests.
- Greets and directs customers, vendors and visitors.
- Documents employee attendance of Vendor lunch and learns.
- Assists in creating, implementing and revising procedures and work instructions.
- Supports the quality initiatives set forth by the region.
- Generates memos, faxes and letters as required.
Assist with company events:
- Open Houses in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
- Holiday events.
- Lunches for internal training sessions.
- Schedules for Branch meetings.
- Assist other departments as required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 6+ months administrative experience preferred.
- Intermediate PC skills with MS Office Products required.
- Proven communication skills, oral and written.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision: organizing, prioritizing and completing tasks at own initiative.

Reports To: Office Manager, Operations Manager
