IEWC Sales Account Specialist in NEW BERLIN, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Key Responsibilities: Quoting: Process all customer quote request quickly and accurately within IEWC quoting system adhering to appropriate pricing/margin guidelines. Perform quote follow up activities to secure future business and ask for customer feedback to ensure alignment and create entrusted partnerships. Engage appropriate internal partners when required. Customer Inquiries: Process all customer requests including order inquiries, returns, quality, compliance and regulation requests, product inquiries, and other general customer requests as needed within required timeline. Build collaborative relationships with internal partners: Build strong relationships with key internal departments (customer service, quality, supply chain, distributions centers) that result in ensuring we meet customer needs. Product Knowledge: Actively engage in product education opportunities to become self-sufficient on routine product items. Embody Commercial Excellence: Support and follow established best practices to ensure a consistent and entrusted customer experience with IEWC. Actively engage in developing best practices and continuous improvement for IEWC. Customer Relationship Building/Account Management: Assist in reviewing the team\'s book of business to ensure customers purchasing aligns with their planned target. Reach out to customers to proactively find out their needs and how IEWC can assist. Market research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for IEWC\'s offerings. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor\'s degree preferred. 2+ years of prior experience in a sales environment and/or sound understanding of a sales process. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and business information and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); intermediate Excel skills. ERP/CRM experience desired (Salesforce and SAP are a plus).
